West Bengal State Co-operative Union

   The West Bengal State Cooperative Union is an Apex Cooperative Organization of West Bengal Which represents all segments of Cooperative Movement of West Bengal. Its objective is to promote and develop cooperative movement of this state, to educate , guide, and assist the people in their efforts to build up and expand the cooperative sector and serve as an exponent of cooperative opinion in accordance with cooperative principles. It was established on 11.05.1950 under No. 19/Cal. And since then it has been serving as a pivotal cooperative organization.

Publication of model bye-laws on Urban Credit Societies (including E.C.C.S), Consumers’ Cooperative Societies, Fishermen Cooperative Societies , Service Cooperative Societies, Engineering Cooperative Societies has been completed and are now available from our City Office at 23A,Netaji Subhas Road  (7^th floor), Room No.-04,Kolkata-70001.Model bye-laws on  Housing Cooperative Societies is also available in our Head  office(Salt lake).Publication of model bye-laws on PACS in under Process.
